My Responsibility As A Midwife Is To Foster An Environment That Is Physically And Emotionally Safe
My husband and I have been married for 12 years and we are the parents of 4 boys. I have experienced 2 hospital births, a birth center delivery and a homebirth this past summer. All my deliveries were special, but our homebirth was AMAZING! I was blessed to deliver our 4th son at home and in the water. This experience was truly a blessing and it made me realize how lucky I am to be able to help so many other women experience this joyous occasion. I LOVE what I get to be apart of!
I believe it is my responsibility as a midwife to foster an environment that is physically and emotionally safe. Childbirth is a natural and wonderful experience that should be private and comfortable. My mission is to work with the womans body to deliver the baby in the most peaceful environment possible. As your midwife I will honor your choices, wishes, and desires to empower you to take control of your childbirth experience. I will serve you during your entire childbirth year; prenatal, labor, delivery, postnatal and newborn care. Childbirth is an exciting time of your life; trust this time to someone who cares.
Qualifications And Experience

- Licensed Midwife in Texas
- Graduate of ATM Midwifery Program
- CPR for the Healthcare Professional, AHA
- Neonatal Resuscitation, AHA/AAP
- Continuing education workshops
- North American Registry of Midwives
- Vice-President of North Texas Midwives 2010, 2011, 2012
